Live and work on a Skilled visa
The General Skilled Migration (GSM) Worker Visa to Australia is a Permanent Resident (PR) Visa to Australia that is issued by the Australian government and authorizes qualified foreign nationals and their eligible family members who accompany them to live, work and study legally and long-term in Australia. Since the GSM Worker Visa to Australia is a Permanent Resident Visa, holders of this visa may continue to live, work and study in Australia indefinitely (i.e., permanently), as long as they comply with the terms of the visa. This is in contrast with a temporary Australian visa which places limits on how long a visa holder may live in Australia and what they may do while temporarily residing in Australia. Another major difference between a GSM Worker Visa to Australia and a temporary Australian visa is that an eligible foreign national who has been issued a GSM Worker Visa to Australia (i.e., Permanent Resident Visa to Australia) may apply for Australian citizenship after as little as four years.

filing an Expression of Interest (EOI); being under 45 years old when the Invitation to
Apply (ITA) is issued; and submitting a complete Australian visa application with all of the necessary documents and fees.

Australia that authorizes an individual to live and work in Australia long-term. This
Australian visa allows a person to live and work in the Australian State or Territory that
provided the nomination/sponsorship for the first two years of living in Australia. After
living two years in the Australian State or Territory where the nomination/sponsorship
was provided, the visa holder may then live anywhere in Australia. Other benefits of

Should you wish to utilize our services as visa application specialists, you will then engage in a formal written agreement with us which will enable us to represent you in your applications to emigrate. When you have completed the sign on process, we will then provide you with a step-by-step guide of the documents you require to become visa ready.
You will work with a dedicated file manager who is allocated to assist you in following the steps provided by your adviser.
